Common questions

How do I restore an App Store purchase?

If the application offers restorable purchases, open its purchase or upgrade screen and choose Restore Purchases. Confirm that the App Store is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If no restore option is shown, contact us with the product name; do not send a receipt containing unnecessary personal information.

How do I request an App Store refund?

Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

Why does a product need a device or browser permission?

A permission is requested only when a feature needs a protected system resource. You can review or revoke access in your device, browser, or operating-system settings. On Apple platforms, look in Settings or System Settings under Privacy & Security.

Where are my settings and credentials stored?

Application settings and records are stored locally in protected app storage. Passwords, API keys, and tokens are kept in the device's protected credential storage, such as Apple Keychain where available, and are not sent to Lunadence.

How do I delete local product data?

Use the product's clear, reset, or remove controls when available. You can also remove exported files and uninstall the application. Information sent to a provider you selected must be managed with that provider. For help finding the relevant control, email us with the product name.

Does Lunadence receive the content I process?

The products covered by our Privacy Policy do not send your application content to Lunadence. A third-party service receives information only when you choose to use or enable that service.

Privacy and safe troubleshooting

Before attaching a screenshot or log, remove personal text, file paths, email addresses, account names, and any content unrelated to the issue. We will never ask you to send a password, API key, access token, or complete payment-card number.

For information about local storage, website operation, permissions, third-party services, retention, deletion, and your choices, read the Lunadence Privacy Policy.
