Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Lunadence applications, websites, and related services handle information. It applies to every Lunadence product or service that links to this page.

Overview

Lunadence products are designed around data minimization. The products covered by this policy do not require a Lunadence account or send your content to a developer-controlled content server. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or track your activity across other companies' apps and websites.

This policy distinguishes between information processed locally on your device, information sent to a provider at your direction, and information you choose to send directly to Lunadence, such as a support request.

Information we collect

Lunadence does not collect personal information through the applications covered by this policy. They do not include advertising, cross-app tracking, usage analytics, or third-party remote crash-reporting SDKs. We do not receive the content you process in them, your credentials, file names, clipboard contents, recordings, screenshots, or usage history.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, the product name, device and software details, a description of the issue, and any attachments. We use this information only to respond, troubleshoot, protect our products and users, and maintain appropriate support records.

When you visit a Lunadence website, the hosting and network providers that deliver it may process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, as needed to operate, secure, and diagnose the site. Lunadence does not use this information for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Information processed on your device

Depending on the product and features you use, a Lunadence application may process content you choose, such as text, images, audio, files, clipboard items, or a selected part of your screen. It may also keep settings, recent activity, favorites, thumbnails, or diagnostic logs in protected local app storage. This information remains on your device unless you deliberately use a feature that sends it to a service you select.

Passwords, API keys, access tokens, and similar secrets entered into an application are stored using the device's protected credential storage, such as Apple Keychain where available. They are used only to authenticate the request or service they belong to and are not sent to Lunadence.

Third-party services you choose

Some features can connect to Apple or to a storage, translation, recognition, AI, or other service that you configure. Before personal data is sent, the product identifies the destination and the information needed for the feature, and the transfer occurs only when you choose to use or enable that service. The information is sent directly from your device to the selected provider. Lunadence does not operate a relay server or receive a copy.

The provider processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Review those documents before enabling a service. You can stop future transfers by disabling the service, removing its credentials, switching to an on-device option when available, or revoking access with the provider.

A provider may process information in another country or region, as described in that provider's policy. Lunadence never sells or shares this user-directed information for advertising or tracking.

Any service provider integrated by Lunadence is required to handle information only for the stated purpose and to provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable requirements. Services that you independently configure and control are governed by your agreement with that provider.

Device and browser permissions

A product may request a device or browser permission only when a feature needs it. Depending on the product, this can include access to files and folders, photos, the camera, microphone, screen recording, accessibility features, notifications, or other protected resources. The product uses the permission only to perform the action you request.

You can review or revoke permissions in your device, browser, or operating-system settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but it does not affect unrelated features.

Purchases and distribution platforms

If you obtain a product or make an in-app purchase through Apple's App Store, Apple handles the transaction, purchase history, trials, and eligible purchase restoration through the App Store and StoreKit. Lunadence does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple processes purchase information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Purchases made through another authorized platform are handled under that platform's terms and privacy policy.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

Information stored locally by an application remains on your device until you clear it using the product's controls, reset the product, delete the files you created, or uninstall the application. Credentials remain in protected credential storage until you remove them in the product, delete the related credential item, or revoke them with the provider.

Information previously sent to a service at your direction is retained and deleted according to that provider's policy. Contact that provider to exercise rights over its copy. Because Lunadence receives no application content and maintains no product account for the products covered by this policy, there is no server-side content or account record for us to delete.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain support history, protect our rights and users, and meet legal obligations. Website technical records are retained according to the operational and security practices of our hosting and network providers.

You can withdraw future permission at any time by disabling a feature, revoking device access, removing credentials, or disconnecting a selected provider. To request deletion of information you sent directly to Lunadence, or for help locating a product's reset, deletion, or permission controls, contact us and include the product name.

Security

Lunadence products use platform protections such as app sandboxing, protected local storage, secure transport, and system credential storage where appropriate. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should also protect your devices, credentials, backups, and accounts with the security controls offered by your platform and chosen providers.

Children's privacy

The products covered by this policy are not directed to children under 13, and Lunadence does not knowingly collect personal information from children through them. If you believe a child has sent information directly to Lunadence, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when product features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
